Boogity boogity boogity

Last month before a NASCAR Nationwide series race, a pastor gave a pre-race prayer that made headlines.

The phrase “my smokin hot wife” was made famous, and being that I occasionally look for images of a chick in an article to see if they’re hot, of course, I had to do that here as well.

Another reason not to trust the word of a pastor. God, that was as disappointing as seeing a hot chick in a thumbnail, clicking on it and finding out she’s not really hot. Or when they pull the bait and switch, and it’s somebody else after you click on it. I was talking about porn videos if you weren’t following.

By the way, I would think it would be wrong to say “boogity, boogity, boogity” after “In Jesus’ name,” especially when you’re not allowed to use God’s name in vain. Just having a little fun? No, you can’t pick and choose when you want it to fly. I’m looking at you, Pastor Nelms.

Late at night, I saw a really touching commercial about a mom yelling at her child over trivial matters with the website, isitworthit.org. I thought here’s a great piece that is actually more meaningful and inspiring than those anti-smoking commercials with the lady and the hole in her throat. I actually took the time to go on the website to see what it was all about, and I found it redirects to intouch.org with Dr. Charles Stanley.

So disappointing, especially when I look at the commercial now and see that they’re saying you’re an irrational, angry person because God isn’t in your life. I think I can “survive this angry world and find peace” without God. I know not that many people have done it before, but I’m going to give it a shot.
