Ridiculousness

This is a case where it really wasn’t worth it.

A 16-year-old boy was sentenced on Monday to up to 4 years in prison for beating up a 73-year-old man and taking 7 cents from him back in December. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t have even bothered to take the man’s change, especially because now it’s classified as a robbery. A 7-cent robbery.

Wonder if that was paid out in a nickel and two pennies or seven pennies…

That was almost as ridiculous as Sunday’s Jersey Shore episode, where The Situation viciously headbutted a wall and concussed himself…before his rumble with Ronnie. Check out the clip here.

  1. I kinda want to shun you for watching Jersey Shore, but I guess now I can classify it as a Bryan thing to do.

I think the foolishness of this boy correlates to some of things I say about how you can’t stop a motivated person from doing something. Usually people motivated to do what is obviously bad are usually not thinking ahead and actually PLANNING the crime. Whereas those who do have the foresight and ability to think through and plan these things, usually stop themselves short during perhaps a whimsical daydream or fantasy.

The very few, uber dangerous are the ones capable of both. They want to dance with the devil AND they know how they want to do it.

  2. Ronnie is emotionally volatile and a 5’4 220 pound ball of muscle. There’s no way he’s NOT roiding.

  3. Definitely agree. The Situation’s not a small dude himself, but the way Ronnie just picked him up could’ve ended horribly for Mike’s pretty face.

  4. I have mixed feelings on the Shore fight. On one hand, despite being hyped all week, it barely qualifies as a fight. But on the other, it was fucking hilarious. So, yeah.
